Spring is here! We can get your pool opened and in top shape!
We do a number of things different around here, and we're proud of it.
We guarantee our appointments. We get it, things get crazy and stuff happens. But as a business, we guarantee our appointments within 7 days. If you schedule with us and some circumstance like bad weather gets in the way of the appointment, we guarantee service within 7 days.
We let you know when we will be there. No waiting around all day for someone to show up. You keep living your life and we'll keep the appointment or let you know differently.
We take all the shopping and salesmanship out of owning a pool. We look to keep your pool working great and leave it at that.
We check in with our clients to make sure they are getting what they want out of our service.
As time went on, more and more calls came in from people around the area, and a trend became clear. People wanted an alternative to pool services locally available.
We wanted to be the best at one thing. Providing service that gives our clients a top notch experience that they will not find anywhere else.
Our entire service model is built on real life experiences that people have shared with us. We listened. More importantly, we responded to the things our clients said they wanted.
That's what is different around here. We understand what it is like to be a pool owner and be frustrated with your service. Its what we founded the company to address.
When we show up at your home or property, we want to hear what you're looking for and we're going to make that our priority. After all, with service like that, life does feel easy.
I grew up in the pool business. My mom ran the retail side of things, and I suppose I learned more than I realized from her. I remember how she would just talk to customers for long bouts of time. I always felt bad for the poor customer who just wanted to get their supplies and go. But, the main thing that it left in me was a sense that a business doesn't have to be run like a box with a credit card machine in it. I have always wanted my clients to be treated as if they are friends. The business is a reality, but sharing a road with a fellow human is where the reward is. I service many pools where the homeowner wants to talk about things while I work. Not a problem. I like to hear other people's stories. One day its about how they came to live in Arkansas. Another day a client updates me on their grandson's medical prognosis, and I like to hear how its going. More importantly, I value that people feel enough trust in me to be in their yard hearing their stories. Its a special thing for people to feel like they can share things in common with someone else, and I find it incredibly rewarding to have these people invested in my work. Don't worry... I won't talk your ear off. I just like to listen.
